I spent 12 years as classroom teacher. I love teens and think they are pretty incredible! My favorite memories were substitute teaching middle school before I was hired in the district. Teens are amazing thinkers and ready to conquer the world!

What if my child doesn't cooperate during our session?
I have kids, so no worries. We will get a beautiful family photo. I have lots of tricks up my sleeve! And as my minister once told me before my wedding, anything the kids (ring bearer) do is absolutely fine. Now that my kids are older, I can look back on the photos that were less than perfect and see that those are really my favorite ones. We will get the group shot you came for, and then we break out into small groups and play. That way we can capture candid moments you will treasure.
I get school pictures, why do individuals of my school aged kids?
The answer is simple: Personalized attention, great locations, and fun times lead to images that are more than just a school photo.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive a culled and lightly edited online gallery link within usually within 7-10 days. Retouching of three images is included in each fee except family photos. That includes one retouched image.
What should we wear?
Family photos are a great time to coordinate, but not go matchy matchy. The days of khakis and white shirts are long gone...whew! Look through some of my family photos on the website for ideas of how to coordinate your look. I usually tell mom to pick her look first and then coordinate everyone else's colors around her outfit. I think it is only fair given that mom is usually the one wrangling everyone together on the big day!
